Motivation

Here are some motivational clips that has shaped my personality and character over the years.

And yes, I am an epic music lover.

If you’re different, be different and be yourself. Real recognizes real. Do not change yourself to fit in with others – be authentic to yourself.

Always be the hungry wolf. It’s okay to be alone rather than following a herd mentality. The right people will show up and join you on your journey.

Be the lion. The lion doesn’t get scraps and does not get told what to do or where to go. Trust your decision with certainty, be free and protect your pack.

Accept the challenge and keep going at it. Fight for your potential. Never get comfortable and push past the next level.

Those who fly alone have the strongest wings. You do not need attention or recognition. You just need to believe in yourself and follow your heart. Inspire others – No one defines you.

In the end, hard work always beat talent. Talent can be a blessing but it can also be a curse. Be unstoppable – Talent + hard work.

Discipline – Stay strong. Work hard when no one is watching. Life doesn’t give you what you want – it gives you what you deserve. Remain faithful to your vision and show others your character.

Grow and be so good they can’t ignore you. Learn everything you need to learn and master your craft. And do it for yourself – there’s no motivation better than that.

You do not need recognition and you definitely cannot fake results. Confuse others with your silence and shock them with your end results. Take action instead of talking.

The principles to success and happiness. Remember these 20 principles. Follow your own path and focus on self-development – live with integrity. Chase your purpose – not money.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Try a different approach.

I know who I am, and I what I believe. Your live will become better when you make other lives better. Believe – He who says he can’t and he who says he can, are usually right.

The first motivational clip that got me out of a pinch back when I was in a pretty dark place. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

Your heroes and friends in life might not support what you’re doing in life but keep at it. Remember your purpose and the money will come.

Do not work for money. Obsolete ideas lead to obsolete results.

The Spirit of Leadership. Be the leader you wish you had. The closest thing to leadership is parenting. It’s hard and exhausting but worth it in the end. Support is important in order to foster courage. The infinite life.

Aside from the mentality of the lion, their attitude are equally motivating. You will need the lion attitude if you are standing in for greatness.

From then to now – remember the scars, the pain and take the leap of faith. Reach the level close to divines and welcome to the next level.

Approach like a leader would. Be the molder of consensus and develop the trust and relationship required to move the organization to a better future.

Leadership is not a rank. Leadership is a choice. Look after the person left and right of you. A follower raises their hands to follow the leaders.

My favourite scenes from Superman movie. There is always a choice. Don’t kill your own people. No one lives forever but it’s what you do that defines who you are/were – even after death.

Risks are unavoidable. Learn from taking risks.

What is Passion? David and Goliath. It’s about team work and reiterating the vision.

If you choose to work for yourself, work for others and make them successful. A roadmap to life. Learn from mistakes and not successful stories.

Trust your struggles and emerge stronger. Chase your purpose and be grateful for everything you have.

Attributes of a great leader. Learn and practice the concepts. Aspire to become the leader you want to be.

The next evolution of myself.

Become your biggest fan. Bet on yourself.
