I worked with Hin when he was working with Construct Digital. They pitched for our website design and development. We were revamping our website. We liked their proposal and appointed them. Hin had been the key account manager for us and it has been a pleasure working with him. He has been very responsive to our queries, and demonstrated great patience to answering to our questions since our team is not digitally as savvy. He has also demonstrated a genuine willingness to want to help us solve our problems by trying to understand our concerns from a 360 view. Even when a mistake or oversight is made (in our views), he would patiently explain their perspective and we focus on looking for the best way forward. I have known and worked with Hin for about 6 years. We have worked on multiple projects together ranging from Ektron, Sitefinity, Umbraco and Kentico. He has good technical knowledge and genuinely cares for his team. I would call him a "full-stack" guy even though he is a Project Manager. He can explore, direct, and plan the execution and delivery of any project. This can be seen in his functional specification document. You can see his vision of the system when you go over his documentation. He takes time and effort explaining it whenever we work together. He can also do infrastructure, Dev-ops related activities and even look at codes whenever he must, to understand the problem and provide possible solutions. He is considerate about his team members' time and commitments and tries to push timelines when it seems impossible to meet. As he is cognisant of our availability, he will weave the project timelines to accommodate to the team member's availability and schedule while keeping clients informed and updated on the progress. Working with Hin is and has always been a pleasure. I've worked with many Project Managers over the course of my career, but I can honestly say that there aren't many like him.
